Resources

The following websites are great sources for books:

thriftbooksThriftbooks.com – Many used books available for about $4!

PBSwapPaperbackswap.com – This is a great way to exchange books you’re finished with for new used books that you want. I like this better than just giving my books away because I know they’re going to someone who really wants them, and I’m able to get a book in return.

LibrivoxLibrivox.org – This site has free audiobooks for download. “All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain.” Put a book on your Ipod to listen to while you’re walking, cooking, cleaning, etc.!

GRGoodreads.com – This is a great site for reviewing, discussing and tracking books you’ve read or want to read. You can create virtual bookshelves to organize books by genre, favorites, or any way you want. Check out my bookshelves!

ProjectGProject Gutenberg – the original source for free ebooks.

Other websites I like:

Sovereign Grace Baptist Church – My church’s website, located in Ontario, CA. If you’re looking for a church or just passing through the area, we’d love to have you visit our church any Sunday!

Sermon Audio – This site is a good place to find sermons to listen to or download. You can browse by topic, speaker or book of the Bible.

Cucamonga.NaturaLawn.com – This is the website for my husband’s NaturaLawn of America lawncare business. If you live in our area and want a healthy, great-looking lawn, check us out!

The Homeschool Fair of Southern California – A great event held every year on Memorial Day for homeschooling families. Our family attended and participated on the planning committee for about 15 years.

As for Blogs I like, well just take a look at the right-hand side and scroll down to see the blogs I follow and recommend.
